      Stumbled across YogaBody on a Facebook ad and decided to give it a shot. Super happy with it so far.

      The programs I have done so far have been challenging, but still accessible. Can definitely feel an improvement in my general mobility. Would not hesitate to use it in the future.

    • Involves hard work, but anything good does
      This significantly improved my posture and general feeling of safety around my back. I have two herniated discs L5/L4 and L4/L3, and after this program is the best I have felt in years. I'll definitely be using the archives to keep doing it.

      Lucas is a gifted and highly motivational teacher. I enjoyed the course format and looked forward to practicing each day. I found some of the exercises more challenging than others, but this, in itself, was inspiring. Lucas always offered modifications and encouragement. I made a lot of progress in just two weeks

      Yes, yes, yes. Love my trapeze. Love my yoga wheel. Love the online tutorials. I recently got a daisy chain and it's an amazing addition. I can quickly change the height to support a number of poses. I leave them hanging in my room and grab them as soon as I get out of bed.

    • Wonderful option for those with wrist limitations


      So happy I tried the YogaBody Yoga Trapeze as it helps me work on my inversions and back bends without stress on my injured wrists. I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and have always found it difficult to do certain poses that bear weight on my wrists and hands. With the YogaBody Yoga Trapeze I can do all the inversion poses I want while hanging, plus it applies traction to relieve back tension. The videos are a great compliment to the system and teach active stretching exercises along with all the different positions you can try on the Yoga Trapeze. This is the only yoga accessory I have besides my mat and it is the only one I will ever need. Super easy to set up and intuitive to use, could not have found a better tool for my yoga progression!"
