      I purchased Gravity Yoga for my very inflexible husband, but we have both ended up making it part of our daily routine. Hubby also purchased the 21 day (I think) breathing programme, which is really brilliant - so simple, but so effective.
      These have both been very positive for us. We really like Lucas’ approach - he keeps it simple and easy to understand.
      I would definitely recommend.
      It also makes me laugh when he says bum....no idea why, but I giggle every time.

    • Clarity
      I never imagine that online training could be this great and gave me so much clarity about breathing. A structural program with simple practices surely can be carried out by anyone from any background and will certainly help many people to ease their issue. Satisfied with this course, I will join for another training next time.

      I was looking forward to taking the breathing class with Lucas.... it was everything that I was looking for, in a very understated and practical way.

    • 21 day breathing series is great
      I did the 21 day breathing audio series. I really enjoyed this programme and the teaching style of Lucas. The practices are easy to fit into your daily routine. The breathing practices always made me feel better. I learned some new breathing techniques which I will continue to do.

    • Very positive effect on my sleep and overall well-being
      I recently went through the 21-Day Breathing Challenge in combination with Gravity Yoga. Well produced, simple to follow, effective programming. I did the yoga program before bed each night and then followed up with the short breath practice. Looked forward to doing these each night.

      Highly recommend these. I am looking forward to the upcoming Yoga Trapeze Training!

    • Just finished the 21 day challenge…
      Just finished the 21 day hip challenge and 21 day breathing challenge.
      If you commit yourself to a time slot for 21 days you will not regret it. The challenges were delivered in a professional, informative and enjoyable manner.

      Lucas is an ambassador of his teachings, I got so much out of both challenges and would highly recommend them. Next up is gravity yoga. Thank you Lucas

    • 21-Day Breathing series
      I bought the 21-Day Breathing series from YOGABODY and I like doing the practices very much. Guided breathing excercises were easy to store to my phone as mp3 and I like to do them sometime many times / day, when I need energy, focus or need to relax. Thank you so much Lucas for this great program!

    • Staying bendy!
      I have REALLY enjoyed everything that I have experienced through Yogabody. The breathing challenge was an excellent way to relieve stress and sleep better, especially during COVID-19. The gravity yoga is a great way to get some flexibility back in this old decrepit body... now if they can offer a way to actually remember to put me back in my life I’ll be all set lol.

    • 21-Day Breathing challenge just what I needed
      This was so straight forward, just a few minutes each day to perform the breathing techniques. Lucas has a calm and relaxing voice, so that really helped! I noticed a difference in terms of stress and anxiety levels dropping after only three days of doing this, and I'm enjoying it so much I have simply incorporated the breathing exercises into my daily (or nightly) routine now. Would recommend without hesitation to anybody considering the 21-Day Breathing Challenge.

    • Finally, a quality course!
      I'm working through the 21 day breathing challenge (taking a bit more than 21 days tho). This is definately a quality course - too many internet courses promise too much and actually deliver too little. I enjoy the pace and really appreciate the nature of Lucas's teaching method. It's clear, concise and very encouraging. Have enrolled for further classes.

    • Never missed a day!
      Loved taking YOGABODY classes online with Lucas. The classes were very well-done and easy to follow. Learned so much from Lucas the past month!!! I started with Gravity yoga and 21-day breathing challenge first to give me a few days warmup before Hip Challenge started. I’m happy to report I never missed a day! I made my commitment and showed up (live a few times and mostly same day recording). I have already noticed positive changes in my ease of movement and intend to continue with this daily practice.

    • More to come!
      I signed up for Gravity Yoga and decided to add the 21 day breathing challenge at the same time. I've been very pleased with both. I'm 50+ and have been very inflexible all my life. (I think Lucas says we're all flexible as children, but I can't remember that far back!) After just a few weeks, I've seen small gains with the Gravity Yoga poses and I'm looking forward to more. The breathing challenge benefits were much more immediate. I do one of the exercises before bed every night and I can fall asleep right away. Next up: hip opening challenge!

    • Great challenge!
      I have just completed the 21 day breathing challenge.

      I found the course both informative and useful. In my case I performed the breathing exercises every night in bed before going to sleep. The different techniques help you to think about the way you breathe and how you can regulate your moods with breathing.

      At the moment with so much going on in our daily lives and also a lot of work stress, I found that certain breath techniques allowed me to relax more and not only go to sleep quicker but to sleep longer.

      My smart watch sleep tracker verifies this.
      For me it was well worth the money.

    • A course for everyone!!
      A course for everyone!!! We all breathe, and each and everyone can benefit from better understanding of how our breathing affects or health and wellbeing! The way Lucas has structured the class makes it valuable both to the beginner and seasoned “breather” , his style of teaching is knowledgeable, inspiring and patient!

      I wish this course would be mandatory learning in schools!
      I can highly recommend it!

    • Long pose + good breathing
      First time i did a yoga pose for a longer period of time. I felt the deeper stretch and after a few tries i noticed the difference when using your breath propperly. I felt me sinking in the stretch deeper when exhaling longer. Felt good!

      This is exactly what I was looking for. Gradual increases to strengthen my yoga and breathing practices. Never thought I would go online and pay a fee But this has been wonderful. The explanations are clear and doable.

      I actually would love to give these lessons as gifts to friends and family!

    • Fabulous & easy to follow
      Have started both gravity yoga and the 21-day breathing challenge. Am so grateful to have come across Lucas’s teachings via Instagram - both programs are easy to follow and am feeling the benefits though I haven’t completed them yet.

      I had a question for which I received a prompt response and explanation from Lucas too.

    • There are bonuses too!
      I ordered these videos because the pandemic has made me sit more than I used to. So now, my hips are always tight, my back hurts, & legs stiff. I just watched all the videos and I can see that it was thoroughly explained. I also liked that there were modifications given.

      I liked the bonuses of the poster and breathing exercises.
