      Great program! I've always been about as flexible as a brick, and I've never given it much thought. Listening to Lucas has made me realize how important flexibility is in our daily routines.

      I've just started the 5-day course, Science of Stretching. Though I still sound and look like a stranded whale in most poses, I can really say it's working. Last night I was finally able to double cross my legs in the Twister pose. A month ago I could barely do any of the poses in the program, but the well-explained modifications made it very easy to still get a good stretch and the progress is extremely fast. From barely making a single pose, and not making the full five minutes in any, I can now do most poses(some with mods), and I'm able to stay the full five minutes in all of them.

      I have no prior experience with yoga, and I've always looked at it as something a bit weird. Having it explained by Lucas, and giving it a try, has opened my mind and given me so much insight into how our body works.

    • I am really more flexible than before!
      I am doing the Science of Stretching program for a few weeks now and I love it. The poses are well explained, it doesn't take a lot of time to do them, and I am really noticing results. I am really more flexible than before!

    • My lower back/hip soreness and stiffness are gone!
      I registered for The Science of Stretching course and have done it every evening for 6 weeks and am very happy with the results. My lower back/hip soreness and stiffness are gone and my flexibility is improving. The video/audio guidance is very helpful not only in getting into the correct positions and doing the breathing but also in helping the time pass more quickly so I stay in the poses longer. Importantly, I have not injured myself doing these positions due to the guidance provided.

    • Glad I found Yogabody
      I've been practicing yoga for a long time, but my flexibility is still not as good as I would like. So I'm glad I found the Science of Stretching program, that's exactly what I was looking for!

      Easy to follow, good instruction, efficient use of time. I can already feel that it works! It also helps me to calm down, which is very nice after a working day.

    • Working at home has taken its toll...
      My word, how stiff was I. Working at home has taken its toll, but pretty sure I wasn't much better before the pandemic. Sitting all day causes all kinds of aches and niggles and I wanted some easy-to-do, quick exercises that could hopefully restore some flexibility and stop that lower back ache.

      These exercises for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week are amazing, I felt improvements in my hips and legs after a single session - lots to do though, but subsequent days continue to make improvements that I can actually feel. Worth it.

    • Stretching guidance is extraordinary!
      I am not a yoga person but I found Yogabody in my quest for finding stretches that help with mobility. In less than a month, I can feel a difference in my stride because of hamstring and hip stretches.

      Lucas is amazing. He shares the knowledge so gracefully and timely that you end up with a mind and body experience. His calm, intellectual approach has even won my husband over to join me for evening stretches (don’t tell him it’s yoga, though)!

    • Incredible stretching exercises
      Incredible stretching exercises, loved the fact that while stretching Lucas is talking about how muscles work, what to expect, how to progress in exercises. Pleasant tone of voice and so knowledgeable, felt much better already after 1st time doing stretches.

    • Amazing experience with YogaBody
      I've really been enjoying using the YogaBody instructional videos I bought on yoga stretching. Every step is very well presented, and the instructor is very knowledgeable and really explains everything well and in such a genuine and relaxing way.

    • It helped enormously
      I love the online stretching course. I am recovering from a broken arm which was followed by a total replacement hip and was feeling very stiff. This course has helped enormously, it's very easy to follow and the adaptations are particularly helpful.

    • Surprised skeptic
      I began this yoga program four weeks ago not really expecting a huge change in my flexibility but hoping I would see some improvement or at least have a wind-down routine after my cardio workout. I must say I have been very pleasantly surprised at my progress especially in lightning bolt-I could only sit when I first started and now I can get my shoulders down.

      The fact that there is no pressure to be perfect and the audio guidance is encouraging every step of the way makes it easy and fun.

      It definitely has made a difference in both my hobby (dressage competition) and my job which is physically demanding. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to feel better as they go about their daily routine.

    • Science of Stretching is great, even for experienced yogis
      I have finished the 4-week Science of Stretching course and while I have practised yoga for more than 15 years, I noticed today at my regular yoga class that suddenly certain poses that I could never do have become accessible to me.

      Lucas' 15 min stretch sessions are also a great night time pre-sleep routine, helping both me (and my daughter who listens to his calming class while I practise in her room) fall asleep soundly.

      The explanations are clear and easy to follow for non yogis. The many options make each stretch accessible and easily scale up to challenging regardless of level. Am glad I purchased the course and can't wait to see even more benefits as I continue with the practice.

    • Knees are working MUCH better!

      As I age, my joints, hips, knees, etc are starting to get very tight (I am 65 and still quite active). I started the Science of Stretching about 3 weeks ago and can already tell quite a difference, especially in my knees. Have recommended to several of my friends and plan to continue my stretching and recommendations in the future!

      I’ve chosen Yogabody after many others flexibilty courses and similar. I can say that it’s the first course that really helped me. It’s easy to stick to the plan and see results. I can only reccomend the coyrses of yogabody.

    • New to yoga exercises
      Not having tried yoga previously I was unsure if the "Science of Stretching" was what I was looking for, to improve my suppleness and maintain mobility in my retirement years. My reservations soon disappeared - the explanations, video demonstrations and optional modifications to exercises, to help newbies getting the best from the program are excellent. Less than a month in I look forward to my daily routine and can feel the full-body benefits, not just to my stiff hamstrings.
      Having played sport most of my life maintaining joint and muscle mobility will help avoid frustrations of a body no longer "in its prime".

    • Great program of stretching for all levels of ability
      Lucas does a wonderful job explaining both the stretches and the modifications for them. The breathing technique is also well explained. He walks you through everything and is a good coach, helping you to stay motivated. I have not completed a full week yet, but I keep returning to try. I do seem to sleep better when I do the stretches in the evening.

    • Perfect Program for Runners
      I have been dealing with running strains, aches, and injuries for a couple years. The YogaBody Science of Stretching program has dramatically helped my runs and recovery. My stride is longer and more relaxed. The the post long run aches easily go away after an easy 3-pose stretch.

    • Uncomplicated, fast and effective
      After 18 months of chronic pain from two surgeries, I decided to add more stretching exercises to my routine. I chose YOGABODY because it isn’t complicated (2-3 poses) and time-consuming (15 minutes per day).
      While the stretches can prove challenging, they are adaptable and effective.

    • Stretch, breathe, relax. Done.
      I’m an allied health professional, on parental leave. Raising three children and leading a very busy life, I stopped focusing on the needs of my body many years ago. I have chronic health conditions and they were worsening, so I decided to hop on board with YOGABODY. I knew all about stretching techniques and specific stretches for the body, but having someone else do the thinking for me at the end of the night makes all the difference. I turn the video on, stretch, breathe and relax, then I’m done. It’s perfect!

    • Game changer
      This has been an absolute game-changer. I am an extremely healthy 59-year-old male, an emergency medicine physician, 43 years of experience in the martial arts, and a Colonel and flight surgeon in the United States Air Force, Nebraska Air National Guard.

      My low back pain and stiffness over the last couple of years have increased dramatically, modestly interfering with my training. After two weeks of Gravity Yoga, I was nearly pain-free. Stiffness still occurs with weather changes and so forth, but I would grade this at least 95% improved.

    • Highly Recommended
      I have several health conditions including issues with hips and shoulders. I have been doing YogaBody Science of Stretching program for just over 4 weeks now. While some of the exercises are a little difficult for me, I ahve been able to modify them. I have already noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and I am able to hold the poses longer. I highly recommend this program.

    • Everyone should try Yogabody, Lucas is amazing!
      I saw Lucas‘s video on Instagram and I was immediately intrigued. I’ve been a nurse for almost 30 years and changed to a remote desk job 2 years ago. The long hours sitting at a desk has taken such a toll on my hips, back, and shoulders. The science of stretching has been a godsend for me, and it’s so easy because it’s only about 15 minutes a day. I’ve already noticed a difference after a week! I appreciate that he has such detailed videos and extra videos with modifications for beginners. I’m looking forward to my next class, the 21 day hip opening challenge!

    • Finally a program that meets me where I’m at
      I’ve struggled with being inflexible and with pain for decades. I’ve felt hopeless on getting a good stretch without injuring myself and have tried so many yoga classes, YouTube stretch videos, physical therapy, and chiropractic sessions. All resulting in me still being stiff and in pain. The yoga body science of stretching is the first program that has provided me enough of a regression option to feel confident in a stretching pose and able to hold it for the suggested 5 minutes without pain! This is a huge step and expect that repeating this program a few times will result in huge progress.

    • Exactly as described, great program!
      I was looking for a way to incorporate deep stretching into my already pretty long exercise routine. I couldn't get myself motivated to do it on my own, and the fifteen-minute' daily stretches' that are available on youtube just never give you enough time in a stretch to make actual progress.

      I came across it and it sounded perfect! The stretching is split up into 15 minutes five days a week, which is the perfect add on to my regular five day a week workout schedule, but not so much added time that I can't fit it in. I can do the stretches along with the video which motivates me to actually practice, and the fact that the schedule is already laid out for me makes it so easy. I just pull up the videos at the end of my workout, do the stretches listed for that day and I'm done! This is the third week I have been doing the stretches, and I am noticing they are easier and I am stretching further. Best of all though, I feel so much more relaxed and that tight "I need to stretch' feeling I was having all the time is no more!

      I love the modifications that are provided for each pose, that really makes it easier as some of the stretches are harder than others for me. He literally has modifications for EVERY stretch so I would recommend this to even those who are NOT flexible.

      Really glad I decided to try this. It's a great program and I would definitely recommend it!

      I did the science of stretching course. Everyday for about a month now. I feel noticeable gains in flexibility, spaciousness within my body, less tensions in body, and ease of movement. Cannot recommend this enough. Have already gotten some of my friends and family onto it as well.

    • Increased mobility over short timeframe
      It has helped me make more flexibility gains in three months than a decade of yoga classes! The teaching style is accessible for any body type, no matter your current state of inflexibility.

      I started with it doing just 15 minutes a day and completed a Hip Challenge Course and am now in the Gravity Yoga Teacher's Training. Highly recommend any of these courses if you want to both learn intellectually about the body and make actual flexibility gains over a short period of time.

    • Big Difference in my flexibility over 30 Days
      The videos are great. There are separate videos with adaptations to make the stretches easier for beginners. Hard when you first start. Thirty days later I see a vast improvement. I can hold the poses much longer. I can get further into the stretches. Can now go into a deep squat where I could not do that before. Very pleased with results. Highly recommend. I find myself doing many of the stretches (all body parts) in one sitting while I watch tv. I set a timer. I noticed my running times are also better which is attributable to YOGABODY and probably my kettlebell training.

      Lucas presents as an excellent teacher and constantly explains the science whilst teaching the practices.
      My body is 71 yo with stiffness and joint discomfort. Since commencing a couple of Yogabody’s programs a few weeks ago I am already feeling significantly more flexible and ‘bendy’. Highly recommend this program, thank you Lucas.

    • Very impressed with the program
      Very impressed with the program. Clarity in explaining the stretches and modifications if needed. Lucas’ dialogue helps the minutes pass and is calming to listen to. I am 54, active and fit and have seen improvements in my flexibility, ROM and my ability to ski tour at an improved level was apparent within 4 wks of starting the program. Highly recommend it for value for $ and will gladly suggest to friends and family that I find the Science of Stretching to be a very worthwhile investment in their health.

    • I’ve been using “The science of Stretching” and it’s fantastic
      I’ve been using “The science of stretching” 4 week program six evenings a week over the last month, and my gains have been astonishing. I have been doing all 5 days/sessions of exercises as a single 70-75 minute session 6 times a week. I find just over an hour every day a lovely relaxing part of the day that I’ve grown to look forward to. The shoulders session was initially very difficult 4 weeks ago, but I’ve made good progress and while it’s still a challenge- I can see and feel how much improvement has happened in such a short time. This has been the first and only yoga program that I have bought. I’m so glad I bought it. Thank you Lucas, I feel like you’re my own personal trainer. You explain how to hold the poses in a way that is easy to understand. I’ve recommended this program to my friends and my family.

      Lucas has created very effective short videos that keep me engaged and are making a huge difference. I started from a very sedentary lifestyle where stiffness, aches and pains were becoming too 'loud' to ignore. I needed to get moving and the best way was with deliberate stretching.     • A game changer
      The Science of Stretching has been a game changer for me. My body feels at ease and I move effortlessly now. I didn’t think I was that stiff since I felt like I had a decent amount of flexibility but boy was I wrong.       Lucas is an excellent teacher. Not only do his exercises work and make you feel great afterwards, but he does a great job of explaining the science behind them, where you should feel stretches, and he also provides great modifications and has a great understanding of those with poor mobility/flexibility.

      What you see is what you get: simple and very well explained exercises, with varitions for begineers and intermidiate practicionners.
      The 15 minutes format is ideal to be squeezed during the day.

    • Now I can chase the grandkids around for a long time!
      I've been doing yoga and stretching for the past five years. As I've gotten into my sixties, I noticed it wasn't giving me the same relief/results that I had been getting.     • Fantastic. I love how easily this has become a routine for me
      I’ve been doing the science of stretching programme for just under a month now… will definitely start from week one again when I get to the end, and hopefully keep this going indefinitely. I can already feel my dodgy lower back feeling stronger !
      I’ve found it much easier than I expected to incorporate this 15 -20 minute routine into my day - probably because it really does feel so beneficial, and like really doing myself so much good. I can’t wait until I know the stretches well enough that I can just rely on the poses sheets and a timer.

    • I am a desk worker and struggle with…
      I am a desk worker and struggle with all the tension and discomfort from sitting. I decided to try the science of stretching. I love that this is an on demand class so I can do it when it works best for me, and that it's only 15 minutes. I feel so much better after each session, which is very motivating for me to make sure I continue with these movements and continue to gain flexibility and comfort.
      I would recommend this program to anyone who has never done yoga, as you can work at whatever level you're at.

    • Great and unique flexibility program
      This program is really amazing and unique. I practice yoga on a regular basis but I am not as flexible as I would like to. One day I came across gravity yoga with Lucas and I can say I really feel the difference and improvement in flexibility during my regular yoga classes. Lucas is a great teacher, giving nice and clear explanations and also variations for different levels.

      Planning to purchase his hip opener challenge as well.
      I would highly recommend it to everyone.

    • Most useful 15 minutes of any day
      This provides an easy way to begin to improve flexibility in 15 minute increments. I've done lots of online yoga stretching sessions, but this is different in that it focuses on one area each day and Lucas gives you good explanations on how and why it works. I also found the piece on food and nutrition as it relates to flexibility very helpful.

    • I am absolutely loving the programme
      I am absolutely loving the programme. I have been playing sports and running for decades and have always been bad at stretching and know that my flexibility is BAD! Now in my 50's I've started being prone to lower back problems if I do the wrong thing or over-do exercising. It's early days (3 weeks) but I can already feel the difference and my body feels more supple and I've not had any back problems. I LOVE the stretches, my body feels so much better after them. I love Lucas, he is a great teacher. Clear, encouraging and gentle. I am so glad I took the plunge and bought the programme off the back of an IG post.

      For me it was all about finding time to do the classes, I've tried a few different mobility courses and most were 40-60 minutes and I ended up just doing half of one etc etc, so it was just nice to get a 15 minute one I can squeeze in at various point of the day! Good if you're a busy human

      I have done "Science of Stretching" for about 1 month. I like the scientific approach and background and explanation to. And I do get quite addicted to the long postures, several minutes while focusing on breathing to further enhance the effect. And I can feel an effect on my flexibility and posture. What I miss is an App for the phone for running the programs.

    • Always learning!
      I am a yoga and fitness instructor and a high school gym/dance/foods teacher. I have done hundreds of fitness and yoga workshops over the years to keep up certifications. When I first saw Lucas with the gravity yoga - I jumped on the videos.

      After doing the videos there was a chance for teacher training - and jumped on that. I also took the opportunity to purchase his breathing videos and grabbed a pair of the Awesome Eoes and the Massage Balls. I am considering the yoga course when offered the next time because it is right at the beginning of a school year.

      All that to say - I gravitate to Lucas and his courses because of his no nonsense delivery, his knowledge and his teaching style. Of the hundreds of workshops I have taken this one resonates with me because IT IS SOLID, IT IS MOtiVATIONAL and Lucas is INSPIRING !

      This motivates me to continue to learn and pass my knowledge onto my own clients and students. "I believe in you - you can do it"

    • Excellent course
      A couple of years ago I went to see a private PT to make sure my workout routine was not doing me more harm than good as I get older. Then I saw the ad by Lucas on FB. I signed up for both the hip and total back courses. They were excellent. Lucas explains exactly what each exercise is doing for your body and he gives you multiple ways to do them.

      So, no matter what shape those parts of your body are in, there is a way to do them and get the benefits.

    • So satisfied!
      I have been using these stretches for just over a month now and would highly recommend it. It is very easy to follow and gives stretches for Hamstrings, hips, shoulders, back, wrists and ankles and if you can't manage these Lucas also gives modifications for each one.

      I look forward to stretching each evening and really enjoy each class. It has improved my flexibility greatly.

    • Best flexibility improvement program
      Great Programm. I did it and going to do the Hip Challenge. I already enjoyed the videos from former Hip Challenges and the improvements are impressive. I‘m up to 10 cm more flexible (in form of reaching or distance to the ground) in just 2-3 weeks.

      Thinking about becoming a coach some time because it’s great to improve and probably even better seeing other enjoying more flexibility.

      Science of Stretching is just what I needed to regain flexibility I have lost with age. I have less hip, knee, and back pain now. My balance is better. This is a doable program that delivers results even after the first 15 minute session!

      I have tested a lot of Yoga videos on YT, but then decided to try Yogabody and Science of stretching. First time I really feel a difference with Yoga lessons. Also like the way he talks, shows adaptations for people who are not as flexible from scratch like me. Moving on now to happy back challenge after 4 weeks of science of stretching. Highly recommended

    • Be consistent and you will see results
      I have been doing the course for around 2 months, consistency is key to noticeable gains. I'm noticing I can bend and fold deeper within my yoga practice , I had super tight shoulders they aren't 100% but are way looser and mive more freely since I started the course. My neck is my main issue now, once that frees up I'll be so happy.

    • Promises kept - flexibility improved!!
      My partner and I purchased the 'Science of Stretching' programme a couple of months ago. The routines are clearly well conceived and we have noticed a considerable improvement in our flexibility. Lucas is an excellent communicator and leads us through the poses and stretches carefully. He is aware of the needs of all and provides modifications for those not yet able to manage the poses as presented in the videos. My partner and I are extremely happy with the product and believe it to be extremely good value.

    • Great decision to purchase
      I debated for over a year whether to purchase and I'm glad I finally did. There is no way I would continue to work on mobility daily without this program. Lucas gives the viewer several ways to make the stretches fit their ability. The program is challenging, however, I will be able to use for the foreseeable future to improve.

    • This is just what I needed!
      I’m wrapping up week two of the Science of Stretching. This program really gets my 64 year old self moving and feeling good about my stretch. One part that I really like is how each movement is designed for various levels of stretching capability. Regardless of how I choose to move, I’m doing something to improve my mobility!       Don’t hesitate any longer! I kept seeing Yogabody’s ads and thinking that this would be good for me. But, I didn’t push the “let’s do this” button for several months. Finally I did and it was the very best decision for my body! With his stretching exercises and clear explanations, I am moving better in every direction!!     • Feeling the benefit already!
      I’ve completed the 21 day hip opening challenge and doing it again and even after 30 days I am really noticing the difference. The long poses are different to anything I’ve done before but really feel the benefit. Going to stick with it and can’t wait to see the results in 6 to 12 months. Thanks.

      Bought the Science of Stretching course and I must say it's one of the best stretching courses out there. Tried a few but never saw the impact to be as visible as this.

      Overall the course is easy to follow and Lucas provided an explanation and guidance throughout each video. Upon completion of this, I'll try to repeat again from the very beginning and try the harder variation.

    • Great course!
      I took the Science of Stretching program out of curiosity. I'm a really stiff guy. After 6 weeks (I've kept practicing everyday) I've noticed a lot of improvements. For example, I wasn't able to touch with my heels the ground while doing a down dog and now I am. In my everyday, I've noticed I keep a better posture and I've seen as well an improvement in my surfing abilities (lacking flexibility doesn't really help with manouvers).

      Excellent platform for stretching - feels very personal and it's super easy to use. Got personalized help on a sign-in problem quickly and I like the idea that Lucas answers weekly questions in a video format.

      I have 2 programs and both are very good - the long holds, and the understanding of where we might have issues is very helpful. Recommended.

    • If you're looking to improve your flexibility, this is the program for you
      I've been hoping to improve my flexibility for some years now with regular yoga practices, but I've achieved double those gains in just a few weeks using the gravity yoga program.

      Lucas explains the holds so clearly and well and it is honestly amazing how fast your flexibility will increase.

      I enjoy both the content and the pace of the classes. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

      On the advice of a personal trainer, I signed up for the YogaBODY “Science of Stretching.” For the last four weeks, I have been using it daily. The 15 minute segments are perfect, easy to make into a routine—like brushing your teeth! I feel so much better, chronic shoulder pain is dissipating.       I started with the gravity yoga program about a month ago and I am surprised how quickly I can see an improvement.

    • Flexible is a matter of constancy
      This course is great, I feel that my body is becoming more flexible the more I practice!

    • The only solution that worked for me
      I’d spent a lot of time and money looking for a solution to get back the range of motion and pain relief I had from years in the military. Yoga seemed to be the obvious exercise, but was too fast to feel any benefit.

      I came across Lucas and Yoga Body, which turned out to be the perfect fit for regaining my motion and mobility, and easing the pain and aches.

      Lucas’s approach is to coach and educate and his poses are clearly explained and demonstrated. I’m going to continue to get the benefit of the program’s I purchased by looping through them on a daily basis. Thank you Lucas!

    • Science of Stretching Course is worth every penny
      I purchased the Science of Stretching course and it has helped me reverse years of stiff muscles and joints caused by office work/sitting. The time commitment is minimal and the results 3 weeks in are tremendous. More range of motion, and less low back, shoulder, and hip pain. If you purchase this course I recommend you watch the modifications videos before you watch the actual videos for each day, you will likely need the modifications and they allow you to start slow and stay committed.

    • Achievable yoga poses to change your mobility
      I had been experiencing hip pain for months. I had chiropractic treatment, and seen an osteopath. Nothing really worked. I tried a Yogabody video and within 2 days my pain was gone. I bought the Science of stretching course, and my flexibility has already improved in a matter of weeks. I'm moving much easier, I'm running again and I feel so much better for it. Lucas has a calm manner, and the time passes quickly as he talks you through each exercise. It is really enjoyable, achievable and beneficial. Definitely worth a go.

    • I Initially Signed up for the 28-day…
      I Initially Signed up for the 28-day science of stretching. What I quickly found out was that for my entire life, I have been stretching wrong. This explains why I wasn't improving but losing my joint mobility throughout my body as the decades passed.

      Lucas is the first person to explain why and how to stretch. I've just begun this journey, but I look forward to seeing where I will be in 6 months, 1 year, and so on.

      The science of stretching is a program I feel that I’ve looking for my whole life. I have very little natural flexibility. While I have been aware of my stiffness, I did not realize my degree of discomfort until I started doing this program, and the pain disappeared.

      Elegant in its simplicity, this is the first program I have found that when practiced regularly (15 minutes a day) will change your body, relieve pain & prevent injury.

    • Science of stretching counteracts desk job tightness and helps with aching muscles at night
      I’ve been doing the Science of Stretching for several months. I’ve done yoga weekly (but not daily) for years, so the positions are familiar. I work at a computer all day, so I started the program to help with stiffness and poor flexibility thanks to the unavoidable chair sitting lifestyle, as well as to prevent aching muscles at night. The program has helped with both! I’m a long way from desirable shoulder mobility, but I feel substantially less stiffness. My hips and lower back feel better as well. I really like Lucas’s anatomy insights, and his voice is pleasant enough to distract from the discomfort.

    • Easy to stick with and it really does help
      I was motivated to check out YOGABODY in the hopes that it would help with my chronic, nagging aches and pains. And it did! I did the full 4 week program and identified the stretches that are most beneficial for my neck, shoulders and back. Now I intend to incorporate those into a regular weekly routine.

      And the 15 minute sessions are just the right amount of daily commitment. And even when it's intense, the time passes quickly and then you feel better!

    • Life changer!
      I purchased the hip opening challenge and science of stretch series and have been following to stretch daily for about a month now. I can’t believe it makes such a huge difference in my mobility and much more. I am an advanced lifter who has a 9-6 desk job. Lack of stretching really gave me lots of problems and got in the way of making gains in the gym (sometimes couldn’t train due to pains). Now I don’t just move better, but also feel more relaxed. Most importantly, lifting also feels smoother with more range of motion without discomfort! My daily stretching is my happy ME time of the day and I look forward to it every day. I like how Lucas explains how our body works and gaining the knowledge helps understanding my muscular imbalance issues. I highly recommend his stretching programs to ANYONE!

Only my first week in, but each session has so far been very well produced and are short enough that I find it easy to fit into my schedule, while still giving a great stretch.       Loved the Yoga Trapeze and the accompanying Yoga Stretching course.

      I guarantee you will never get bored with your workout/stretch ever again. Also, even in using the product for a few short days, I noticed my back could breathe! I have a few issues with my lower back that can act up every once in a while.

      Would recommend this product highly. Good quality and easier to set up than you think.

    • Professional, easy to follow and great value for money
      I've been a YogaBody member for just under 1 month now and my experience has been nothing but positive.

      The occasional videos popped up on Instagram a few times after I'd been searching for ways to deal with a hip issue I've been struggling with for a while now.

      I'm 3 weeks into the Stretching of Science Yoga programme, which is not easy but it's very well thought out and Lucas is obviously very intelligent and knows his stuff. When I started I found it difficult to hold some of the poses but I'm noticing steady improvements throughout. Interestingly a few people have commented in the last couple of weeks saying I look like I've grown taller and I think it's down to my posture improving. I've still got a way to go and I'm realising that getting 'bendy' is far from an overnight fix but I'm definitely happy with the results so far.

      I've dropped Lucas a couple of Instagram messages and he has replied, in person, to both which I really appreciate. As part of the membership he also gives you some helper videos, such as nutrition, which highlights his knowledge and I found really interesting and helpful.

    • Beyond my expectations!
      I completed the Science of Stretching course and it blew my expectations. The breathing techniques alone have changed the way I do yoga and meditation now and have had a large impact on my day-to-day awareness as a result (within as little as 4 weeks).

      This course is legitimately amazing. I've never spent money on anything like this (let alone from an instagram ad) but I can verify that it is way undervalued.

      I am in good physical shape but sit at my desk too much and have been feeling tight! This course has opened my eyes to the power of stretching. It's simple, informative, and Lucas does a fantastic job making this accessible to anyone.

      Seriously, do yourself a favor and get this course.

    • 50$ well spent
      I wanted to improve my mobility for quite a while now. Tried different approaches having little success.
      With the science of stretching i feel that i'm making progress. It targets all the major muscle groups. The stretching poses are well explained and demonstrated. What i especially like is that all poses come with modifications to suit your level of flexibility.

    • Transformative if you stick with it
      Lucas is a superb teacher and it’s like having my own private Yoga tutor every day at home . His lessons are perfectly paced and when doing difficult poses his supportive encouragement throughout the poses makes the time go more quickly and takes my mind off counting the minutes . Doing his stretching programme each day is gradually transforming my stiff menopausal joints and I’m so grateful I found this terrific, calm, effective instructor .

    • 21 days of deep stretching later…
      I’m a believer! I was already decently flexible but had some challenge areas. I purchased the 21 day stretch program to increase flexibility and deal with the joys of getting older. I am hugely impressed by how approachable the program is, the modifications, and versatility. I plan to continue using the program and other YB offerings. Some of the best I’ve found in this space.

    • Great for any fitness level
      I have only done part of the stretching course but I already notice positive changes. Lucas is a great instructor, the exercises can be done by people of any level. If you are still breathing, you can do it šŸ˜‰ . I am looking forward to the remainder of the course and I think I will also do future courses

      The program is very easy to follow, I always suffered of sciatica and back pain, I purchased the scienze of stretching program and after three weeks in my pain is totally reduced almost completely gone, I will purchase more programs as my flexibility will improve. The programs are highly recommended.

    • This program works for beginners as well.
      I signed up for the Yoga program a few weeks ago. I work desk job so sitting at the desk all day long is normal for me. Lucas does a good job explaining the stretching exercises and gives out different modifications for different levels.

      I have seen a notable progression in 21 days only!

    • Easy, fun and incredible relaxing!
      I signed up for the Science of Stretching Class. I have been doing it for about 5 weeks now and have noticed a HUGE difference is my posture, I a feel more comfortable sitting, sleeping and working out. You don't know you need it until you actually start stretching, after this first Hamstrings video I had already felt a massive difference! Well worth it!!

    • So easy to follow!
      So easy to follow and incorporate into your life!
      The Science of Stretching is excellent. I have been practising the stretches every night for the past three weeks, and the difference in my body is enormous. My shoulders were super tight, and at first, some of the stretches were super challenging. The good news is that there are modifications for folks, and through regular practice, I have been able to gradually release the tightness. My sleep has also drastically improved.

    • Interesting, fun, and effective
      Science of Stretching is an excellent video class series. Twenty separate lessons means it never gets stale. Lucas is a gifted teacher and coach, very encouraging. He explains the whys as well as the whats, and his voice is calming. I am enjoying the series and seeing results!

    • Steady results and progress
      I’m really noticing improvements in my flexibility and range of motion with the Science of Stretching program. I am recovering from frozen shoulder and have seen an increase in my range of motion in the affected shoulder that I haven’t been able to achieve with other stretches. I’m encouraged by my progress, 2 months in, and motivated to continue. Highly recommend this program.

      Better than physio - I'm getting better results from this program than with physio exercises for car accident rehab. Finally startting to walk with less pain and only 2 weeks into it

    • Science of Stretching' great programme for all levels
      I've been doing the 'Science of Stretching' for 3 weeks and I really like the programme. It's well explained, with different pose options, for differing flexibility levels. Over the 5 daily sessions each week, different areas are targeted each day,definitely reaching some parts not normally reached by my existing exercise and yoga routines! But you don't have to be a yoga enthusiast to do it, my partner is is improving his flexibility too. Who really can't find 15 minutes per day for a little stretching?

    • Great stretching exercises for all levels
      The exercises are well-explained and easy to do. The website is well-made and easy to use. If you want to have the flexibility you had in your 20s, I highly recommend any of the courses they offer. I went with the Science of Stretching and I could see progress after 1 week.

      I find the yoga stretching exercises very easy to follow. It's great that Lucas also made a video about modifications for the different exercises.

      I'm only practicing for a week, but already I notice a difference in my flexibility. The explanation of the exercises and what it does for your body is very clear.

    • Easy, functional and effective
      As a martial artist, I need good flexibility for my lifelong training. It‘s now more important to me because I become older.

      The hip challenge and stretching give me easy, small tools to integrate into my routine.

      Lucas explains well, has fair conditions and has big knowledge.
