      I took their excellent Yoga Teacher Training, Breath Coach and Flexibility Coach trainings. I love the no nonsense approach, their solid scientific basis and their great teachers. I truly recommend YOGABODY, it’s a gift you give yourself to be active all your life, while learning and teaching what you love!

    • Wonderful content, exceptional teacher
      Lucas is an exceptional teacher of his craft. His passion for yoga is equally matched by his communication skills, relaxed disposition and encouraging manner. It is awesome to come across an instructor with this level of empathy in their approach. It made the physical and mental challenge ahead much less daunting. Thanks Lucas.

    • Exceeded my expectations
      The right balance, between instruction and practice. Lucas and his team are committed to continuous improvement, clarity, simplicity and respect for their students. The course was very well designed, the delivery was engaging, but most importantly it was very practical - providing truly transferable skills. This is the first online course that exceeded my expectations. Truly inspiring.
