I absolutely love my trapeze stand. It is very sturdy and easy to transport. The only thing I would recommend to improve it would be to include a carrying bag for the poles and feet or have it as an add on accessory.

This arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. I did have my husband help me - it can be done solo, but it so much easier with a second person. I use this for aerial silks. If you use this for silks, note that you will not get much height, and the legs can get in the way of some skills, so you will have to modify how you get in and out of some skills; however, for general practice at home, when you cannot be in the studio, it is great. Reasonably priced, easy to assemble and a nice thing to have for home practice. It fits in my garage perfectly.

The box it was delivered in was heavy but I was about to get it upstairs on my own. There wasn't a paper with instructions to setup. Just a website on a piece of paper with a YouTube video of them building the stand. The video was about a minute and wasn't very detailed. But all in all it was still easy to setup. I needed a second person for some parts. I would recommend this to others, so far I love it.

This rig is wonderful! We had a slight issue getting the last leg assembled, but alas, we prevailed! Was slightly nervous at first because the legs do flex and move, but this thing is not going anywhere!! Highly recommended. I feel very safe using this on a daily basis!

Hard to assemble but very sturdy

This is a great little starter rig setup for aerial silks but the first one I got didn’t make it to the take apart stage. So I asked for parts to replace the poles that wouldn’t come apart because of the conditions outside probably. Well they sent me a whole new rig. Thank you so much by the way. So my recommendations from here on out is to take the rig down every so often and clean it or just use it indoors and the bolts shouldn’t rust into place like mine did. It was either rust or the threads got worn down.

Best purchase ever for aerial yoga!!! It’s simple to put together! It’s sturdy and easily moved. I have several attachments for my stand: Trapeze, Rings, Backbend aid, and a bungee belt! I absolutely love my YOGABODY STAND!!!

I love this for doing gymnastics rings exercises. It is strong, solid, stable. Incredibly easy to assemble, though I wish they would include paper instructions. (Link for instruction video was outdated, and when I found video, the key part was fast-forwarded. Fortunately, it's pretty self-explanatory.)

I did a lot of online research, and this is less than half of what I would pay anywhere else for a gymnastics rings stand.

Very strong. I bought it for yoga trapeze . Now muy nephews are at home so I install a swing for them. :-)

This rig is great for backyard aerial practice, which is what I use it for. I would not practice drops on this rig, but its great for practicing poses, fluidity and stretching. I have a sling and a lyra, both of which work well with this stand.

Truly the best fitness gear I've ever purchased. This stand is everything it advertises and more. I purchased this to do gymnast ring training. No need for ceiling holes, or finding studs, drilling etc. It takes a very short amount of time to set up, but ideally requires two people to do so.

The construction quality is top notch. Welds are professional and meticulously done. It will easily last until the end of time.

Why buy this? Simply put, this allows you to do exercises and workout routines that are virtually impossible any other way. Whether you're into inversion training, Yoga, gymnastics, or want calisthenic potential, this is a piece of furniture and a tool that you can so much with.

I can't recommend this enough.

One tip. I recommend that you lubricate the connecting rod ends before putting them into the connectors. The tolerances are very tight. I had one leg get stuck and it took me over 20 minutes with a cushioned hammer to get it unstuck. Get some balistol and apply to all connector tips before assembly to make your life so much easier!

Good product

Since this is advertised as a "yoga" stand, I was extremely skeptical this would NOT hold a 100 pound Muay Thai Heavy Bag AND withstand it swinging over 45 degrees repeatedly back and forth from my full powered kicks AND have enough clearance around the bag so I can do all my favorite strikes without fear of hitting the metal parts and injuring myself; all my skepticism vanished the first time I used it :)

I needed a heavy bag stand, but this caught my eye because it's versatile, simple, I can use it to hang basically anything and not just heavy bags; and in the future, maybe use it for what it's advertised for: yoga.

Love YOGABODY, I started with a 21 day hip challenge which was the best. I still continue those stretches. Then purchased the Yoga Trapeze and stand and it has been amazing, easy set up, great stretches and great quality products. It’s so great to get my aerial yoga workouts done at home now. I can feel the difference it has made on my back and total body. Totally recommend them.

The whole family loves our yoga trapeze. We also purchased the trapeze stand. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy, and fits nicely on our deck. My six-year-old and I have enjoyed learning new poses each day and she also loves to use it as a swing and hammock. My husband uses it for pull-ups. I sit during the day for my job and I’ve already found that it helps release my back at the end of the day. I do feel a little light headed after hanging upside down but not to the point where it would prevent me from being able to do the poses. Overall, a great product! I would highly recommend.

Love my Yogabody trapeze and stand! I have military neck and a squished disc in my back and the trapeze has already helped alleviate some of my back pain after just one use. I can’t wait to get to know the trapeze and poses better. The trapeze and stand both cane very quickly, are made very well ( the stand is super heavy and sturdy).

It's fun and challenging. I have the stand and I can set it up by myself in 15 minutes but just a bit more work. I'm excited to build strength and flexibility. It is definitely a great high quality tool.

I bought some rubber toe spreaders a couple of years ago but they were impossible to wear, uncomfortable and bulky, so I ended up purchasing something that I couldn't use.

With Awesome Toes I can wear them with my shoes and they are super comfortable. I have only had them for around 2 weeks but I wear them for at least a couple of hours each day and you actually don't even remember that you have them on. After two weeks of wearing them, I have noticed that I have less pain in the evening. Thanks!
