      The daily learning and videos are challenging but it really drives home the point of daily practice.

      The teachers are motivating and inspiring and their passion for the trapeze makes them all compassionate teachers. This class is unmatched!

    • Great course! I feel empowered
      It's a wonderful feeling to not only be able to learn that you can heal yourself (I improved an injury), but also to teach others to do the same.

      This program is hands-on and fun. You will feel empowered and want to teach. Can't wait for the course to finish to start teaching!

    • So much to do I didn't know with the Yoga Trapeze
      There is SO much to do with the Yoga Trapeze that I wouldn't have ever known without the training.

      I'm so excited to continue this new training myself, as well as help so many of my current clients. I'm blown away by this program and I'm so glad I went through the training.

    • The course exceeded all of my expectations
      I recently completed the Yoga Trapeze Teacher Training offered by YOGABODY (delivered online). The course exceeded all of my expectations.

      I was really impressed with how much thought Lucas and the team have put into the best way to teach this nonintuitive practice in a way that is accessible, engaging and effective. Delivery of the course material was very clear, lots of opportunity for feedback and practice was provided (even if you weren't able to attend the live classes), and the business resources/lectures made me feel ready to start teaching immediately.

      I just took the Yoga Trapeze Teacher Training Course. I absolutely LOVED it!!! The information was so clear, the instructors were AMAZING, and everyone was so welcoming.

      I am a lifelong educator with experience in Elementary through University levels, and I appreciate a beautiful, well-structured, well-taught course!

    • I was so impressed about the support we got
      Even though it was online, I was so impressed about the support we got. A Facebook group with class participants and teachers sharing explanations, experience and Q&A.

      Course included Videos from the teachers, printed manual and precise explanations of each pose and sequence we learned.

      The course even included anatomy and how it applied to the techniques we were using as well as a section on business and marketing. I was able to teach a class the day I finish the coursework. I now have access to Yogabody teachers worldwide for continued support.

    • Lucas is a great instructor…
      Really enjoying the classes so far. Lucas is a great instructor and does a really good job explaining not only what to do, but why each thing matters. He covers a ton of details, but makes it accessible. He also has a relaxing nature and encouraging approach. It helps me stick with the program and want to commit to reaching my goals.

    • If you’re debating whether or not this…
      If you’re debating whether or not this is for you, look no further! I signed up for the trapeze yoga teacher training, and I must say the way the course is broken down and shown, it’s really simple step by step program. And being able to take my time with it has taken off the pressure of rushing through this course.
